[01/26/2007] The Firefox extension is now available for download. It's nowhere near complete yet, but it does have the Acceptance-Fitnesse format to get you started.
[01/19/2007] We have a proof of concept working. I'm using it for a project here and it works fine. Now to productize it..
Firefox Extension
Initially it was just a javascript extension to Selenium-IDE, but it's starting to grow into its own Firefox Extension.
Warning: Extension integration is not completely there - please BACK UP any custom selenium-ide formats you have made before trying the integration. It also doesn't have a URL for notification of updates.
After Installing, do the following to get the extension integrated:
- Go to Tools->Add-Ons
- Find the Tk-Acceptance Developer Extension, and click on Preferences
- Next to Tk-Acceptance should make sure Selenium IDE is aware of it, click on Check Now
- Now you can start Selenium IDE.
On Selenium IDE, you now have an extra toolbar for the acceptance-specific UI. If you go to Options->Format->, you will see the Acceptance-Fitnesse format that will allow you to record tests in a format the rest of Tk-Acceptance understands.
